On November 5, 2021, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued their Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) providing details of President Biden’s proposed mandate requiring employers with 100+ employees to either (1) mandate vaccinations or (2) require vaccination or weekly testing and face coverings for those unvaccinated.
